Once both customers and service providers have agreed upon a quote, we will send an invoice and a link to the credit card payment to the end user. Prices for services will vary depending on the type of work done and will differ among all service providers.
Payment

Cancellations and Refunds

We generally don't offer refunds for bookings that have already been agreed upon by the customer and the company, as all transactions are considered final.

In some circumstances, advance fees are necessary before providing the service. Under the terms set forth when making the reservation, a refund is available if the customer pays but chooses to cancel for any reason. This may consider any parts that have already been purchased for a specific job.

If One Stop Facilities is found to be at fault, management may issue a refund. However, refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the management, and the company will do its best to resolve any customer issues.
